金属有机化学;有机合成;新药与新材料技术研发。
◆ 科研和教学业绩
主持(完成)国家级课题3项,省部级课题4项。作为一作或通讯作者在国际主流学术期刊上发表SCI论文40余篇,其中影响因子IF大于4.0的高水平学术论文24篇,先后有6篇论文被国际著名的化学评论期刊Synfacts评为亮点文章(highlight)而加以报道。获批中国发明授权专利3项。课题组毕业的研究生中先后有两人次获得江西省优秀硕士学位论文,三人次获得江西师范大学优秀硕士学位论文。目前承担本科生《基础有机化学》(上,下)、《基础有机化学实验I, II》,研究生《有机催化》、《有机化合物结构分析》等课程。先后获得的奖励包括江西省高等学校科技成果奖二等奖(2013年),上海市研究生博士学位论文优秀成果奖(2013年),复旦大学优秀博士学位论文(2012年),复旦大学优秀毕业生(2011年),礼来(Eli Lilly)公司亚洲区杰出论文一等奖(2011年),陶氏化学(Dow)公司合成奖两次(2009年,2010年)等。
